Bless Supportoffer various services to the public including social engagement via small tailored day groups, one to one or one to two support service for access to social stimulation within the community and also sign poststo local services. We may sometimes need to share information with third parties in order to provide the service you have requested, for example(but not exclusively)withyour GP, Admiral Nurse or Social Work Team.
We have to keep the details of the individuals who have requested the service in order to provide it. However, we only use these details to provide the service the person has requested and for other closely related purposes. When you request our services and we perform what is required, we will maintain the information in our systems until such time as the client relationship has ended and no longer required by statue.
